Returns
Returning an item is easy. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive and process your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail regarding your refund.

We understand that you want to receive your refund as soon as possible. Typically, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing over your package to the return shipper. Keep in mind that in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly than the estimated timeline.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days (Mon. thru Fri.). During the holiday season with our higher shipping volume, it may take us few extra days to ship out your package so please plan accordingly if you have a specific date you need the toy by.
